Devices that are not eSIM capable

Digi has some devices that are not eSIM capable:

• EX12 - all variants

• EX50-WXS6-GLB (gen 1)

• IX30-00P7

• TX64 - all variants

For these devices, if an eSIM is used, they appear and behave just like regular SIM cards, which means you cannot perform any eSIM profile functionality. The eSIM menu will still appear in the Digi Remote Manager interface, but eSIM actions will not be available.
