About AI tools

Digi provides several AI tools for customers with Digi devices who are using Digi Remote Manager. These tools provide different levels of data access and context:

• AI Assistant provides access to Digi knowledge resources like user guides, knowledge articles, white papers, and product specifications.

• DANI provides access to the same Digi knowledge resources, as well as information from your Digi Remote Manager account, like user, device, and fleet information.

• MCP server provides a way for you to integrate your own AI assistant to Digi Remote Manager which can then access Digi knowledge resources, Digi Remote Manager account information, and your own documentation, knowledge bases, and business systems. This enables your organization to create AI experiences tailored to your operational environment.
