DANIClosed Digi Artifical Network Intelligience is an AI-powered assistant that combines information from Digi knowledge resources with information from your Digi Remote Manager account. Using natural language, you can ask DANI questions about your account, including information about your users, devices, and fleet. DANI scopes the answer to your questions based on the account shown in the Account selector.

Because DANI can access both Digi knowledge resources and Digi Remote Manager account data, it can provide responses that are more specific to your IoT ecosystem.

DANI operates using Digi MCP server:

  • Digi hosts an MCP server at https://remotemanager.digi.com/mcp.

  • Your account permissions and API key access define what data and actions are available.

  • DANI connects internally to the MCP server.

  • Available capabilities (tools) are automatically discovered.

  • Your prompts invoke those capabilities to retrieve data or perform supported actions.

All security, authentication, and access control are managed through Digi Remote Manager.

DANI is available directly within Digi Remote Manager and can be used without configuring an external AI client and provides the following benefits:
