Prerequisites

A carrier account with one or more cellular carriers.

A download-ready eSIM profile provisioned by each carrier/MVNO.

eSIM cards inserted in every device, if the eSIM chip isn't already embedded.

Digi 360 or Digi Lifecycle Assurance license for each device.

Individual with administrator access to Digi Remote Manager.

Devices registered and connected to Digi Remote Manager.

DAL OS firmware version 25.11 or newer and 26.2.147.55 for devices that have a built-in eSIM.
