Licensed Devices tab

The Licensed Devices tab lists devices that have a device management license applied. The subscription and renewal date tell you which license and how long it lasts. The count of licensed devices is displayed directly above the table. Each row represents one device and shows the subscription that provides its device management license, the date that subscription renews, and the current status of the license. This table includes the following columns:

Column name	Description
Device	Unique device identifier.
Connection	Shows whether the device is Connected or Disconnected.
Device Name	Name assigned to the device.
Subscription	Subscription associated with the device.
Renewal Date	When the license assigned to the device renews.
Group	The group the device belongs to, if one is assigned.
Customer ID	The ID of the account that owns the device.
Last Seen	Date the device last reported to Digi Remote Manager, along with the elapsed time since that date.
Status	Current state of the license assigned to the device, such as Active, In Grace Period, or Expiring within 30 Days.

You can filter the table by keyword and save queries by clicking the Save icon to the right of the Search button.

You can unassign licenses to one or multiple devices using an ellipses in the table or by using the Actions button.

Common uses

Use this tab to:

• Check coverage: Confirm a specific device has a device management license, and see which subscription provides it.

• Plan renewals: Spot subscriptions renewing soon, using the renewal date, so devices don't lose management.

• Spot problems: Find licenses whose status isn't healthy, such as expired or expiring.

• Reconcile counts: Compare the licensed-device count above the table with what they expect to be paying for.
