Update the information for an activation code

Tip Do you need to correct the SPN name because it was uploaded using an incomplete or misspelled name and now your automations won't work? Digi recommends manually uploading the code to one device first, which adds the new SPN name to the SPN field. You can then use this procedure to change the SPN to the correct option.

  1. Log in to Digi Remote Manager.

  2. On the main menu, click eSIM Profiles.

  3. Click the Activation Codes tab.

  4. Hover over the row for the device you want to update, and then click the meatball menu at the end of the row.

  5. In the menu that displays, click Update.

  6. Change the SPNClosed Service Provider Name or add an optional name to help with organization.

  7. Click Update to confirm your choice.

The information has been updated and will display in the table for that activation code.
