View the change history of a device
View the history of changes on a device as the result of template scan and/or remediation. You can also see when and why a scan happened, the various steps that occurred during the scan (firmware, settings, and file checks), and as well as a success or failure message.

Click Templates.

In the list, click the template that controls the device you want to see.
The template wizard displays.

Click Status.
A list of devices appears.
Tip If the Status tab is disabled, then the template you chose is not enabled. Enable the template to view the history of changes made to the device.

In the list, click the row of the device to see its change history.
The Scan History table for that device displays.Tip The table you see as a result of this process flow is the same table you would see if you went to the Devices page, selected a device, clicked Template Scan History, and then clicked the Alerts and History tab.
