Enable a template
Note Only one template can be enabled for a group. If you attempt to enable a template and there is another template that is also enabled for the same group, you will receive an error message. Either disable the template you do not want controlling the group of devices or remove the group from the template if it is controlling multiple groups.
Enable a template when you want it to scan and/or remediate the devices in the group(s) it controls. You may want to do this to ensure consistency in their configuration after testing or other activities where you previously disabled the template for a period of time.

Click Templates.

In the list, click the Enabled toggle to turn on the template.
Tip Alternatively, if you want to enable the template and change other actions, click the template name. In the wizard, click Automations
Enable Scanning. Make any change to the other actions as needed.
The template is active and will automatically scan devices at the interval and frequency specified.
