Add an activation code to a device

Caution Before performing eSIM management actions, ensure the eSIM has an active cellular connection. Digi Remote Manager cannot manage eSIM profiles over a WAN connection or through another physical SIM card.

  1. Log in to Digi Remote Manager.

  2. Navigate to the device dashboard.

  3. Scroll down the page and in the Interfaces section, find SIM Management.

  4. For the SIM slot using an eSIM, click the Manage Profiles button.

  5. In the Select eSIM Activation Code dialog that displays, search for the activation code you want to use, or scroll and then select it from the list.

  6. Click Select Profile.

    A loading message displays until the profile is successfully added to the device. This could take several minutes.

  1. Log in to Digi Remote Manager.

  2. Navigate to the device dashboard.

  3. Scroll down the page and in the Interfaces section, find SIM Management.

  4. For the SIM slot using an eSIM, click the Manage Profiles button.

  5. In the Add New Profile dialog that displays, click Enter Activation Code.

  6. Type the activation code.

  7. Click Add Profile.

    A loading message displays until the profile is successfully added to the device. This could take several minutes.
