Reset an alert

To reset either a configured or system alert:

  1. Log in to Digi Remote Manager.
  2. In the main menu, click Alerts.
  3. On the Alerts page that displays, click the List tab, if it is not already.
  4. In the list of alerts, click the checkbox of the alert you want to reset.
  5. Click Actions > Reset.

The status of the alert changes from (Fired) to (Reset).
