Acknowledge an alert

To acknowledge either a configured or system alert:

1. Log in to Digi Remote Manager.

2. From the main menu, click Alerts.

3. On the Alerts page that displays, click the List tab, if not already selected.

4. In the list that displays, select the checkbox for the alert you want to acknowledge.

5. Click Actions > Acknowledge.

The Status column icon changes from (Fired) to (Acknowledged).
