Prerequisites

Before configuring AI Assistant Integration, ensure the following requirements are met:

• An active Digi Remote Manager account with Administrator permissions.

• Enable an account to create API keys.

• Enable an account to access the MCP server.

• A Digi Remote Manager API key with appropriate permissions

• Node.js version 18 or later (for clients using the mcp-remote bridge)

• An MCP-compatible AI client, such as:

  • Claude Desktop

  • Claude Code

  • Cursor

  • Custom AI Agents using MCP
