Bug fixes

1. An issue where the device would not connect to Digi Remote Manager if it is not able to sync it’s system time with a NTP server, or through the cellular modem or GNSS has been resolved. [DAL-10564]

2. The size limit for configuration lists being uploaded to Digi Remote Manager has been increased from 100 to 300. [DAL-10481]

3. IX10: An issue with the IX10 IPv4 Hybrid Addressing mode where the device would not provide an IPv4 address when in DHCP/LAN mode has been resolved. [DAL-10509]
